1940年二月生于彭州，从事教育42年，先后被省人民政府授予：“四川省特级教师”、“四川省优秀校长”，被成都市人民政府授予“成都市十佳教坛明星”称号。2000年2月退休后，潜心翰墨丹青，专攻水墨国画，现为中国国画家协会会员，四川省美术家协会老年分会会员、成都丙戌金石书画研究会会员、彭州市政协诗书画院顾问。
